As Secretary of the nonprofit organization, I oversee key administrative, operational, and digital initiatives that support the organization’s mission and public engagement. I established and currently manage the organization’s website and social media platforms, developing and publishing content that strengthens its online presence and fosters community outreach.
My responsibilities include designing book covers and preparing publications for distribution through Kindle Direct Publishing, ensuring they are successfully published and accessible on Amazon. I also manage legal documentation, maintain organizational records, and support basic accounting functions to ensure accurate financial and administrative operations.
Through a combination of creative, organizational, and administrative responsibilities, I contribute to the nonprofit’s growth by maintaining efficient internal processes, expanding its digital reach, and supporting the successful publication of educational resources.
Operations Assistant, CRECEN

As an Operations Assistant, I supported the day-to-day administration and coordination of program operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and participant success. I trained new hires on operational procedures and maintained organized electronic records, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of program documentation.
I managed the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) platforms, including the Participants Information Portal and Grant Compliance Portal, supporting effective grant administration and regulatory compliance. To improve operational consistency, I developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamlined internal processes and enhanced workflow efficiency.
My responsibilities also included creating individualized professional development plans and providing résumé reviews and career guidance to help participants strengthen their employment readiness. In addition, I completed 20 certifications required by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing to ensure compliance with the CDBG-DR Grant Workforce Training Program regulations.
I served as a primary point of contact for participants and stakeholders, responding to phone and email inquiries, providing program information, and delivering timely support to promote a positive participant experience and efficient program operations.
Marketing Assistant, CRECEN

As a Marketing Assistant at CRECEN, I contributed to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with the program’s mission of fostering professional growth. I created and published targeted content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with institutional objectives.
I oversaw website updates to maintain accurate, accessible, and timely information for participants. In addition, I coordinated directly with program participants, providing ongoing support and follow-up to strengthen engagement and program effectiveness.
My role also included leading collaborative projects, delegating responsibilities to team members to meet campaign deadlines efficiently. To inform strategic decisions, I prepared monthly analytical reports evaluating social media performance, website traffic, and audience engagement metrics. Furthermore, I represented CRECEN at networking events, promoting its initiatives and cultivating partnerships that expand the program’s reach and impact.
